Swimming with Eau Pop Pop on the ruins of Olbia

Camille supervises this safe aquatic excursion. At a depth of less than 5 metres, you'll discover the ancient Roman trading post and, a little further down, the wreck of the Tartane. On the way back to the shore, the paleo tombolo is home to a rich biodiversity. Whether you're an archaeology learner or simply a nature lover, this walk is a great way to discover archaeology and nature with your family, friends or loved ones.

Equipment provided: wetsuit, flippers, mask and snorkel, you'll be given a briefing on safety instructions and how to do your snorkelling, so you're ready to jump in the water! In small groups, you'll spend an hour listening to your instructor Camille's commentary, while discovering the ancient buildings and flora and fauna of the Mediterranean from the surface. You might come across an octopus or inhabitants hiding under rocks or in the seagrass. Open your eyes and discover the treasures of the Mediterranean Sea. The sessions are open to all, whatever your level of experience and physical ability, and are accessible to children and adults who know how to swim.
