Founded in 1984 in Sainte-Maxime, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, our artisanal biscuit factory was born from a passion for simple, delicious, and authentic recipes. Since then, it has been passed down with the same love of the craft and respect for tradition.

Recently taken over by Romain Palazzi to write a new chapter in its history, the workshop has been relocated to Six-Fours-les-Plages. True to our artisanal and family roots, we perpetuate this unique expertise while developing new ranges and flavors to delight both individuals and professionals.

Our biscuits are made from local flours, carefully selected French raw materials, and natural flavors from the Grasse region. Free from preservatives and palm oil, they reflect a sincere and authentic delicacy.
