Mr Fèvre Damien
With a degree in biology, Damien Fèvre should have devoted himself to teaching science. But one experience changed all that: helping out a beekeeper next door, he discovered his love of bees.
He then decided to move on from theory to practice, abandoning classrooms and blackboards for beehives and the great outdoors. For almost two years, he travelled the world to discover beekeeping in all its facets. Back in the Var region, he gradually built up his own stock of bees. Today, he maintains over a hundred hives.
His honeys are sold on Saturday mornings at the small village market in Le Revest.
