Maison départementale de la nature du Plan
Open all year round, the Maison Départementale de la Nature is open to the public. Throughout the year, nature activities and cultural events are offered free of charge to the public.
Built on stilts 3.50 meters above the ground, the Maison Départementale de la Nature is a privileged vantage point for observing the ecological wealth of the 135 hectares of nature, forest, meadows and lakes that make up the Espace Nature Départemental du Plan site. It's also a place for information and exhibitions on the site's biodiversity, offering free guided tours of the site, spontaneous encounters with naturalist guides, participatory workshops for families, conferences on environmental issues related to the departmental nature area of Le Plan and, last but not least, concerts, theatrical readings and live performances...
