Historic site and monument

Le Vieux Moulin

Ollioules

Open during exhibitions. Oil mill, pressing cylinder casings are preserved, embedded in the masonry of the ground floor.

On the first floor, part of the building was used from the time of its construction until the 1970s as a drinking water tank supplying the town's fountains and town houses. On the ground floor, in the large room that is now an exhibition hall, the pressing chapels have been preserved and showcased.
