Parc du Séminaire, a new nature area inaugurated on Saturday, January 10, 2026, located at impasse Barbesant, between voie Ritondale and the Gare district.
This wooded setting of over 6,000 m² has been designed as an intergenerational space for well-being, nature and social interaction.

Two children's play areas (3-6 years and 6-12 years) with access for children with reduced mobility.

Some of the grilles have protrusions of more than 2cm, which can impede the movement of people with motor disabilities. Two areas are accessible only by stairs. The rest of the park is accessible. Adapted toilets. One of the little train's carriages is accessible to wheelchair users.
