The Fumoir de Provence has been proudly established on the shores of the Mediterranean for several decades.
We are constantly striving to respect the traditions that have been handed down to us and the resources of our land.
This is how we can guarantee the freshness and authenticity of the products produced in our workshop with the highest standards of hygiene.
We offer you a unique range of smoked, raw or marinated fish in which you will discover the freshness of Scandinavia and the sweetness of the Mediterranean, sublimated, according to your wishes, by intoxicating organic spices.
In the same spirit, we suggest our collection of sea products to spread to prolong the gustatory and sensory experience in which we are happy to embark you.
Our fish come directly from rigorously selected farms, from local fishing or from local farms to guarantee incomparable freshness. They are 100% natural, without additives, preservatives or colouring agents and have never been frozen. They are hand salted with dry salt from France.
Our smokehouse uses only beech wood, guaranteed not to be treated, to preserve the taste and hygiene of our products.
Our passion as Artisan of Taste and Flavour, rooted in our land, wishes to put the authenticity of Nature at the service of your pleasure!
