La Cave du Vigneron
Ollioules
Winegrowing continued well into the 20th century. This cellar (or chai), open to the public, was built under the owners' home, like dozens of others in the historic center of Ollioules.
Our region underwent significant anthropization during the Roman period. Numerous rural settlements attest to the cultivation of olive trees and grapevines, as well as the processing of oil and wine and their sale in urban centers.
