Iberian and Latin American Songs Workshop

Sylvie Paz, inspired by Hispanic and Sephardic music, takes the audience on a journey through traditional songs from the Iberian Peninsula, Latin America, and Greece, in collaboration with Kalliroï Raouzeou and Gil Aniorte Paz. Some compositions are drawn from the folk repertoire or by folk composers.

The workshop will also explore the idea of how to make a song your own—to inhabit it, interpret it, internalize it, and journey through its sound…
