Domaine Solignac

Situated in the heart of the Sauvebonne valley, just a stone's throw from the coast, between vines and olive trees, our family estate offers you its IGP BIO du VAR wine, made from ten grape varieties selected for their typicality, as well as olive oil AOP PROVENCE BIO.

Total weed control, use of organic fertilizers, treatments based on natural purins, gentle pruning of the vines ensure that the biological life of the soil is maintained and guarantee the quality of the fruit, which is the basis of quality wine and oil.
Vinification is carried out on the estate. The grapes are harvested by hand. The grapes are picked when just ripe and pressed immediately or chilled in a cold room to obtain a wine not exceeding 12.5°. Indigenous yeasts and natural sulfites enable us to ensure bottling without added sulfite for the reds and very light sulfiting for the other colors (50 mg, whereas the maximum authorized dose for organic wines is 150 mg).
N.B.: our latest vintage will be marketed under the METHODE NATURE label.

Under the Domaine SOLIGNAC brand, our wine is available in three ranges and three colors: white, red and rosé:
- CONVERSATION or the first flowery notes of the vintage, combining art and wine with a label signed by VIRGILIEN , an artist from Toulon.
- VOYAGE aromatic and fleshy to enhance gourmet food/wine pairings
- CRI DU COEUR powerful and structured, vinified in oak barrels and stoneware jars
SYRAH - CINSAULT - GRENACHE - MOURVEDRE - TIBOUREN - CARIGNAN - ROLLE - CHARDONNAY - SAUVIGNON - VIOGNIER are just some of the grape varieties that enable us to produce wines of character, fresh and light, in which our terroir expresses its iodine notes.

Under the V'ART OLIVE brand, our estate also offers an extra-virgin organic PDO HUILE D'OLIVE DE PROVENCE, made from the three local varieties BOUTEILLAN, AGLANDAU and CAYON.
