Cycling loop from Bonnegrâce beach to Gaou island - Six-Fours-les-Plages

Six-Fours-les-Plages

This walk, starting from Bonnegrâce beach, is ideal for discovering the Six-Fours-les-Plages coastline through all its landscapes.

Short and accessible to all, it offers plenty of opportunity to stop and enjoy the various points of interest along the way.
Along the way, you'll enjoy a change of atmosphere as you pass through the Bois de la Coudoulière. You can visit the Maison du Cygne and its garden, or challenge yourself at the Coudou Parc, an adventure park with beautiful tree-climbing courses in the pine forest.
The route then takes you to the beaches of La Coudoulière and Le Cros, before reaching the authentic little port of Le Brusc and its pier to Ile des Embiez. You finally arrive at your destination on the Gaou peninsula. On the way back, take a stroll through the Parc de la Méditerranée before returning to the seafront.
