My honeys vary according to the season and the year.
In addition to the region's emblematic honeys, such as garrigue honey and lavender honey, I try to find different, more confidential honeys in protected biotopes to guarantee original flavors. Committed to an eco-responsible approach from the outset, all my honeys are certified AB.
I deliberately restrict myself to a limited geographical area, offering only regional honeys in quantities that fluctuate from year to year according to the weather.
