Domaine de la Marseillaise
Nestled between hill and river in the terroir of the Côtes de Provence appellation, Domaine de la Marseillaise produces natural biodynamic wines, certified Déméter, agriculture biologique and vegan. La Marseillaise is a variety of fig.
Fabienne and Pierre Sautou welcome you to their small 6-hectare family estate in La Crau, cultivated biodynamically since 2003.
In 2017, they opened their own cellar on the estate, where they now produce a range of 4 wines (1 white, 1 rosé and 2 reds) certified organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Demeter) in the Côtes de Provence appellation (for the rosé) and IGP vin de pays du Var (for the white and red).
They are committed to working in a way that respects the living world, without chemicals or oenological inputs.
They welcome you Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm, for tastings in the cellar and sales at the estate.
They also have three seasonal accommodations on the estate (studio, apartment and bedroom) where you can relax by the swimming pool in the peace and quiet of the countryside.
