A former top-level sportswoman in synchronized swimming and then sports swimming, I now practice triathlon, open water swimming and swimrun. For me, water has always been synonymous with freedom, well-being and healing. Whether for learning, improvement, well-being, leisure or competition, passing on my love of water and helping everyone to surpass themselves, free themselves and find their balance through the aquatic environment is a great joy for me. In addition to a wide range of aquatic activities, I offer water massage sessions, a gentle, therapeutic approach to relaxation and well-being.
