Notre guide vous propose une découverte d’Ollioules en deux parties. First of all, a visit to the Cité de l’Olivier takes you on a tour of a rich, well-preserved heritage, with theRomanesque church of Saint-Laurent and medieval streets and facades featuring porches and arcades.
In the Renaissance district, the famous Provencal gypseries reveal their secrets.
You’ll then visit the Nougat Jonquier artisanal factory. Learn about the history of this delicious confection on a tour of the workshop, followed by a nougat-making demonstration and a tasting of the different types of nougat: white, black, hard and soft.
