The Villa "Mesomax" is made up of 2 independent apartments:

- The ground floor with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for 2, 4 or 6 people
- The ground floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large terrace for 2 or 4 people

Each apartment is independent with separate access.
The 2 apartments can occasionally be rented together.

In the garden, completely redone in spring 2019, you will find a pétanque court and a swimming pool of 60 m2 (12m/5m) and 2.50 m deep.

Hyères and Carqueiranne offer more than 20 km of coastline with very diverse beaches that can satisfy all tastes.

On the Hyères coast, there are heavenly beaches with golden and silver hues, made up of fine sand or round pebbles, welcoming families or sports enthusiasts, not to mention nature lovers who can nestle in the small coves.

Almanarre beach, located on the western tombolo of the Giens peninsula, stretches over 4 km. It alternates, throughout the tombolo, white sand and small pebbles. The site is internationally known to windsurfers, as one of the world's best windsurfing spots.

On the other side of the Tombolo, you will find, from La Bergerie to Ayguade, beaches very well suited for families, all of which are made up of white sand and the water is shallow.

On the island of Porquerolles, the famous Argent beach, hemmed with eucalyptus and umbrella pines, is made up of fine white sand, whose silver reflections gave it its name... The beaches of Alycastre, de la Courtade and du Langoustier are also famous for their fine sand and very clear water.
