In 1884 Chapoulart realizes for himself in the same style as the Eastern Moorish villa, this house that also houses his agency. Property visible from the outside.
The reception rooms on the second floor are arranged around a patio. Both the street and garden facades are decorated with cast cement, polychrome and earthenware tiles. The whole is treated with great care.
