La Neuja is a beer created by two hedonists with a passion for experimentation, who mix relaxation with seriousness, to take neophytes on a journey with connoisseurs.
Based in Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer, a stone's throw from Cavalas beach (known as Grave), the two brewers, both natives of the peninsula, concoct refreshing, gourmet beers.
The choice is wide, and changes with the seasons and the weather... On the premises, you'll find floral, low-alcohol lagers, as well as dark beers that have been aged for several months and have a strong character.
NEUJA is also a concept born of the use of large glass carboys for fermentation, not without difficulty, because to take pleasure one must know how to suffer.
