L'Olive du Verger
L'Olive Du Verger is an olive farm created in 2006 by Pascal and Fred. We cultivate our olive trees with respect for nature and passion, to produce exceptional oils. Our crops and products are 100% Hyérois.
Our oil ranges:
- Fruité Vert is an oil made from olives harvested at the very beginning of the season.
- Olives that have reached optimum ripeness are harvested around the third week of November, then put through anaerobic fermentation to obtain what we call "matured olive oil" or fruité noir.
