The city is celebrating this timeless dish, which continues to delight lovers of traditional cuisine, and is hosting the first aioli festival

5:30 p.m. – Place Jean Jaurès: an aioli contest open to everyone, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere where great flavors and good cheer are guaranteed.

6:30 p.m. – Rue Picareau: awards ceremony for the winner, followed by an aperitif hosted by the City
7:30 p.m. – Brasserie Le Balto – Place des Poilus: aioli tasting. Set menu for €20 (aioli + dessert). Reservations required at 04 94 32 37 36
9:00 p.m. – Place des Poilus: free concert by the band AIOLI, open to all.
