Six Fours Swim Cup 2026

This event will take place on Saturday, September 5, and Sunday, September 6, 2026, against the majestic backdrop of Six-Fours Bay and Sanary, between Le Rouveau and Bonnegrâce Beach near La Frégate restaurant.
For the first time this year, these open-water races will feature a 3-kilometer race for competitors in the French Cup. On both days at 8:15 a.m., the 5-km race will start from the Rouveau. The highly diverse race schedule includes distances of 500 m, 1.5 km, 3 km, 5 km, and two relays—one 3x300m and one 3x1km—ensuring that anyone with even a basic level of swimming ability can sign up.
We have experienced swimmers who have participated in these events, as well as our young “Cachalots.”
We hope to count you among us—whether as swimmers or spectators—to share in this moment of camaraderie, togetherness, and sportsmanship.

1-km Course: Accessible and ideal for a first open-water swimming experience.

2 km Course: Designed for regular swimmers, this course strikes the right balance between technique and endurance.

Kid 200m: Entirely dedicated to children, this safe course allows the youngest participants to take part in the competition.
